The Mobeye WaterGuard-FS is a reliable water detector for reporting changes in water levels. Alarm notifications are via push message, telephone call, text message or e-mail

With the float sensor the Mobeye WaterGuard-FS monitors the water level in a tank, basin or water tank. To monitor a second water level connect a second Float Sensor. Operates on battery power or external voltage. If external power is lost, it also sends a power failure notification.

Operation

Float detects water level
This water detector transmits via the GSM network when the water level is too high or too low. The float transmits a NO/NC signal to the corresponding GSM detector.
For extra reliability or a second measuring point, a float can also be connected to the other signal input!

Alarm in case of mains voltage failure
The GSM detector operates for more than one year on a set of batteries and automatically sends an SMS when they are low.
When using mains power (mains adapter option), it also reports “power failure. Loss of mains power is often indicative of an approaching problem, for example, pump failure.
If this fails, a notification follows. The internal batteries ensure that the alarm detector continues to work for a long time. The WaterGuard-FS continues to monitor the float sensor and second input contact and will still transmit alarm messages. When power is restored, a signal also follows.

Text alert to 5 phone numbers
The GSM water detector sends an SMS and/or call. You can set as many as 5 different phone numbers for this purpose, so that an alarm is almost always noticed.

Once someone has confirmed the alarm call, the remaining numbers are no longer called. You can set the call sequence yourself.

GSM detector with intelligent functions
This compact universal alarm detector has various options, such as choice of SMS and/or call, automatic switch-on and switch-off times, free alarm texts per input, alarm delays, test messages, etc.

Added value sim/portal
As a sim card, we recommend activating the included Mobeye sim card. With this the device communicates via both 4G LTE-M and 2G and ís “multi-provider”. It chooses the strongest network on site, has a very good penetrability and thus gives a reliable connection. With the Mobeye SIM card the device is also connected to the Mobeye Portal and the Mobeye Messages app. This gives extra security and user-friendliness. The dashboard shows the status of one or more devices at a glance. Programming is done online, incoming test messages are automatically checked, in case of problems contacts are warned by app, call, SMS and/or e-mail. Forwarding to a monitoring center (PAC) is also possible. The SIM card costs € 4/month* excluding VAT (flat fee for normal use), (annual) payment is online, or -on request- on invoice. An own SIM card is also possible (NL: KPN or Vodafone, no t-Mobile or subsidiaries). The device then works (only) via 2G and the Mobeye Portal functions are no longer available. At alarm it will call and/or sms (to max. 5 numbers). Please note that a prepaid card expires if the card is not used for too long.
